Jacqueline brings over 24 years of international executive leadership and talent acquisition experience to her role as CEO and Principal Consultant. Through her experience in higher education, arts, government, and corporate industries, Jacqueline has a profound understanding of the nuanced requirements that are critical for aligning C-suite and executive talent with complex organisations worldwide. She couples her industry expertise with a research background in sociology and urban development. Additionally, she brings experience serving on multiple overseas boards and industry task forces.
Jacqueline is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Gus also served as a director and board member at both the Islamic School of Canberra and Margret Hendry School. He brings his expertise to developing a global strategy for expanding networks and connections both in Australia and overseas, with a specific focus on the Middle East and North Africa region. His experience in navigating cultural nuances and promoting inclusive practices uniquely positions him to connect global institutions and corporate industries with talent both in Australia and overseas, delivering innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs.
